Hi ladies, when it comes to high intensity sports bras, it is important to make sure you are buying the right fit for your bust, especially if you run, do HIIT, or train at high intensity.

When we held our first focus group to talk about issues women face in activewear, the main concern that came up again and again was finding a supportive sports bra for bigger busts. Many women shared that their current bras did not give enough support during high-impact workouts.

We provided a few samples for the group to try. After testing them, one of the ladies said, and I quote, “I like the feel of the bra, it has very good coverage and provides the support that I need for the exercises that I do.” I can add the photos of the High support Sports bra here"

That feedback stayed with us. We took detailed notes on everything that was mentioned, including coverage, fabric feel, functionality, and support during movement. From that feedback, we refined our designs and created our Focus Sports Bra, built specifically as a running sports bra and for high-impact training such as HIIT and gym workouts.
